After 30 years I thought it was a good idea to have my gas fireplace checked out so I called Burlington Fireplace and Solar. A nice young man named Justin came out and did a thorough inspection and cleaning. He added some new lava rock at the base as well as new embers. He showed me how everything works and explained that it was all safe and in good working order. I don’t think that the glass has never been more clean…my wife is thrilled.

Brent and his team were absolutely wonderful! They made it so easy, they tarped everything thoroughly and cleaned up after themselves well. Brent did a great job showing me how to work the features. I highly recommend Burlington Fireplace! I could tell it was a great company when I met the owner. Who did my on-site visit. He was great. I could tell right away they were quality company. They were so friendly, and accommodating. The best!

I can not be more happier with the results of the maintenance and service call from Burlington Fireplace! Justin took the time to answer all my concerns. Very patient and professional. Cleaned the unit, cleaned the glass and explained very well what he all did. He also gave me recommendations on preventative maintenance. Highly recommend! Very happy! Thank you Justin!

Just a great experience. They called when they were on their way. They took care of my home. We're neat and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. Plus my fire logs look amazing and my fireplace is working great!! I hope I get Justin and Lance every year! My puppy misses them already.

We are very happy with our new electric fireplace. Brent and Ben did a great job installing and creating the fireplace surround and hearth that I wanted. They kept me informed during the process and great job cleaning up afterwards. Thank you!

Lead time to get the fireplace was 2+ months. So if you're thinking about getting a new install you should act now. They're probably booking into April. From sales to install the experience was great. They measured twice and the install was smooth. Happy with the product amd service.

We are extremely happy with our fireplace renovation. We had a fire behind the wall of our wood burning fireplace so our old fireplace and stone had to be removed, the wall reframed, new gas fireplace installed and new stone and masonry work done. Mason, Ricky, and Dylan were meticulous, experienced, and professional. Zach was great in answering all of our questions and concerns plus explaining options we hadn’t thought of! We couldn’t have had a better experience! We highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with our new fireplace from Burlington. (photo attached) Everything was done exactly as promised, on time and professionally. Brent, Ben, and Lance did excellent work. Before they started they went over everything to be done and when completed they explained how to operate the fireplace remote completely. They left our room clean. I heartily recommend Burlington Fireplace & Solar.
